Hire house help without the overwhelm.
You know you need three or four hours of help a week. Starts Tuesday gets you from "I should really hire someone" to a helper who knows your laundry, your house and your list.
ADHD-friendly. Built by someone who needed it.
- Laundry washed, folded, put away
- Kitchen counters cleared
- Not done by you
Three moves, in this order.
-
Offer a window, not a shift.
"Any morning Monday to Wednesday" fits people juggling school, kids or another job. A fixed shift rules most of them out.
-
Hand over the list.
Write down what you need, how you do laundry, where things go and what's off limits. Once. On paper.
-
Get out of the way.
Their order, their method. Respect and autonomy get the best work, and they make people want to stay.
Same job. Better post.

Both matter.
I've hired four or five house helpers over the years, and I built this because I needed it.
The best results I've had came from flexible hours, a clear list, and a lot of respect and autonomy for the person doing the work. This kit is that approach, written down so you can use it.
Before you ask.
Do you send someone to my house?
No. Starts Tuesday is a kit that helps you hire your own helper. It isn't a cleaning or staffing service.
Does it have to be Tuesday?
No. Your helper picks a day inside the window you offer. Tuesday is just how soon it can feel handled.
What do I get?
PDFs you can type into or print, delivered by Gumroad right after checkout.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. Rules for hiring household help vary by location, so check the official guidance where you live.
